3-Ingredient Sparkling Honey Berry Cooler

This Sparkling Honey Berry Cooler turns frozen mixed berries into a bright, refreshing drink with Sprite and a little honey. Straining the blended berries gives the cooler a smoother texture while keeping its beautiful deep berry color.
Why You’ll Love This Berry Cooler
It uses only three main ingredients, comes together in about 10 minutes and has an easy sweet-and-tangy flavor. The Sprite adds lively lemon-lime bubbles while honey gently balances tart raspberries and blackberries.
3-Ingredient Sparkling Honey Berry Cooler
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1–2 tsp honey, or to taste
- 1½–2 cups chilled Sprite
- ¼ cup cold water, for blending
Instructions
- Soften the berries: Let the frozen berries sit for 5–10 minutes.
- Blend: Blend the berries, honey and cold water for 45–60 seconds, until as smooth as possible.
- Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl. Press gently with a spoon to extract the juice and leave the seeds behind.

- Add Sprite: Divide the strained berry mixture between two glasses. Slowly top each glass with chilled Sprite and stir gently.
- Serve: Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.
Recipe Notes
Adjust the sweetness: Start with 1 teaspoon honey. Add more only if your berries are especially tart.
Keep the fizz: Add the Sprite after blending and stir gently. Do not blend the Sprite because it will foam and lose carbonation.
No strainer? Blend the softened berries for a full minute and serve the cooler with its natural berry texture.
