Mixed Berry Piña Colada
Creamy, fruity and refreshing with mixed berries, pineapple and coconut.

This creamy Mixed Berry Piña Colada is an easy tropical drink made with frozen mixed berries, pineapple juice and coconut milk powder. I used Great Value frozen mixed berries and MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, making it an easy option using everyday grocery ingredients.
Mixed Berry Piña Colada
Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen mixed berries (I used Great Value)
- 1 cup pineapple juice, plus more as needed
- 3 tbsp MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
- ½ cup cold water
- ¾ cup ice
- Honey, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the coconut milk powder with the cold water until smooth.
- Add the coconut mixture, frozen mixed berries, pineapple juice and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey if you would like it sweeter, then blend again.
- If the colada is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice and blend until it reaches your preferred consistency.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.
Recipe Notes
Budget-friendly tip: Frozen mixed berries and coconut milk powder make this easy to prepare without buying several packages of fresh berries or canned coconut milk.
For a stronger coconut flavor, add another tablespoon of coconut milk powder. For a slightly thinner drink, add pineapple juice a little at a time.
