4-Ingredient Marie Biscuit Chocolate Truffles
Easy no-bake chocolate truffles coated in crunchy crushed almonds.

These easy chocolate truffles are made with crushed Marie biscuits, cocoa powder and condensed milk, then rolled in crushed almonds. There’s no baking required, and chilling the mixture makes it firm enough to scoop and shape.
Marie Biscuit Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- 150 g Marie biscuits
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 240 g condensed milk
- Crushed almonds, as needed for coating
Instructions
- Add the Marie biscuits to a food processor and process until finely crushed.
- Transfer the crushed biscuits to a mixing bowl.
- Add the cocoa powder and mix well.
- Add the condensed milk and mix thoroughly until a soft, dough-like mixture forms.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Once chilled, the mixture will be slightly firm. Use a tablespoon to scoop portions.
- Roll each portion between your hands into a smooth, round truffle.
- Roll each truffle in crushed almonds until coated.
- Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
Recipe Notes
- Chilling for 30 minutes to 1 hour makes the mixture easier to shape.
- A tablespoon helps keep the truffles similar in size.
