Why You’ll Love This Air-Fried Beef Kabab Bites

These Air-Fried Beef Kabab Bites are quick to cook, lightly crisp outside and tender inside. A short ingredient list, a brief chill before shaping and only a light spray of oil make them an easy savory snack, appetizer or party bite.

Air-Fried Beef Kabab Bites

Ingredients

  • 250 g beef mince
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ⅛ tsp baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil spray, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix: Add the beef mince, chopped onion, chili flakes, dried mint, crushed garlic, garam masala, baking soda and salt to a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly by hand until evenly combined.
  2. Marinate: Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
  3. Shape: Shape the marinated beef mixture into small bite-sized kababs.
  4. Prepare: Preheat the Ninja Indoor Grill to 350°F. Lightly spray the kabab bites with oil.
  5. Cook: Cook for about 10 minutes, turning partway through if needed, until browned and completely cooked through. Ground beef should reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Serve: Serve warm as a snack or appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce.

Recipe Tip

Finely chop the onion so the small kabab bites hold together more easily. Mixing the beef mixture well by hand and allowing it to marinate for 1–2 hours helps distribute the seasoning throughout.

Serving Idea

Serve these beef kabab bites warm as an easy snack or appetizer. Add a dipping sauce on the side if you like.
